Eric Liao 來自台灣，但在美國生活了很多年，他會說流利的中文和英文，目前是一位專業的管理培訓顧問。憑藉著在IT產業的深厚背景，結合他的學經歷發展，使 他成為一位受歡迎的講師。Eric曾經服務於台灣企業以及美國500大企業等公司，他現在專注於各類培訓，包含銷售、溝通技巧與領導力培訓。
Eric的演講風格是自然、幽默、熱情，並給人正面能量。他經常透過講故事的方式，分享自己的實際生活經驗，與他的觀眾產生共鳴，這也是他在各種研討會 上受到好評的重要特點。他認為身為教育訓練顧問的使命是幫助人們重新認識自己，並協助他們發揮潛能，最終實現自己的目標。
