International Shipping - New Zealand 

We now deliver to New Zealand via Australia Post — offering both standard and express international options.

CURRENCY & PAYMENT

All NZ orders are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Use the currency selector at the top-right of our website to view prices in NZD.

DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT CHARGES

Your order may be subject to GST, import duties, and customs processing fees determined by New Zealand authorities. These charges are payable by the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose from the following options:

  • Receive store credit
  • Request a refund

 

PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases.

Delivery times vary depending on the product's status and supplier lead times.

MIXED ORDERS — IN-STOCK + PRE-ORDER ITEMS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order or back-order items, your entire order will be held until all items are available.

Want your in-stock items sooner? The simplest method is to place a separate order for any pre-order or back-order items.
