How to Use:

1. Remove the protective full-cover cap (you can snap it onto the back of the applicator so you don't lose it!).

2. Press the tip flat against your paper and pull slowly backwards to apply the adhesive strip.

3. Lift the applicator diagonally to cut the tape cleanly.

4. Stick your item down—move and restick as needed!

Precaution for Use:

• The tape may not come off well depending on the type of paper and usage environment.
• Avoid using the tape along a curve or serpentine course to prevent the tape from coming off.
• Place the lid to protect the glue from dust when storing.
• Avoid exposure to high temperature and humidity, rapid temperature change, and direct sunlight.
• Wipe off dirt, moisture, and oil in the area to be glued to avoid reducing adhesion.
  
• Use the glue at room temperature ranging from 15 °C to 35 °C. Adhesion may be reduced at temperatures lower than 15 °C.
  
• Certain types of papers may tear and be caught on the glue if the tape is pulled rapidly. It is recommended to test the glue beforehand, especially when it is used on important items.
  
• The tape may not adhere to the paper printed using certain types of copying machines and printers.
  
• Replace the main body with a new one after refilling about ten times to prevent the tape from sagging.
•  Keep it out of the reach of small children.
• Do not use it for purposes other than gluing materials together.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
