How to Use:

1. Remove the transparent film attached to the gel sheet.

2. With your eyes closed, apply the gel sheet gently around the eye area.

3. Relax and leave it on for about 10 minutes.

Precautions for Use:

• Do not use this product if:

  • You are an infant, a person with dementia, or someone who cannot put on or remove the sheet by yourself.

  • You have sensitive skin or are sensitive to cold.

  • You have any eye conditions, inflammation, wounds, swelling, eczema, or are receiving medical treatment around the eyes.

• When using on someone with physical or mental disabilities, always supervise carefully. If the sheet covers the mouth or nose, it may interfere with breathing.

• Always use with eyes closed.

• If the gel gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

• Do not use on areas with skin abnormalities such as wounds or eczema.

• For hygiene reasons and performance, use one sheet per use only.

• Avoid storing in places with high temperature or direct sunlight.

• Do not place in freezer.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• This product is not a pharmaceutical or medical product.

All orders placed after 31 July 2025, 12:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched from 18 August 2025 onwards.

Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, as a family-operated business, there may be delays in shipping during Queensland School Holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
