"MONO zero" is a high-precision eraser for pinpoint erasing. The unique and precise design combining the MONO eraser's high-performance and beautiful finish, to change the concept of detailed erasing.

 Product features:

• 3mm diameter high-precision eraser! This ultrafine 2.3mm eraser allows to erase a single letter and correct a detailed drawing.
• Light-touch high-performance eraser. This light-touch synthetic rubber eraser only requires a light pressure to remove pencil marks clean without damaging the paper.
• Short-pitch knock mechanism. The unique indirect chucking system extends the eraser by only 0.7 mm with each push.
• Metallic long guide pipe. The pipe prevents the sleeve from obstructing your view and allows you to see the part you want to erase. It can be handled like a drafting pen.
• Environmental products. The holder is conformance to the Act on Promoting Green Purchasing and is registered on the GPN Eco-products Database in Japan.
• It is PVC free and Phthalate Free
• Round and rectangle type available. The cylinder type of 2.3mm in diameter and the rectangular type of 2.5 x 5mm are available to choose according to purposes and preferences.
• Easily refillable. Push and hold the knock button on the main body and insert the eraser with the plastic stick from the tip of the sleeve to replace the eraser. The refillable pack comes with 2 pieces are available for purchase.

With Queensland Term 1 coming to an end, we’ll be taking a well-deserved break with the kids! As a result, any orders placed after 1 April 2025 12pm AEST will be fulfilled and dispatched on or after 22 April 2025.

If you’d like to receive your items before Easter, please place your order by 1 April 2025 to avoid any delays.

Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, as a family-operated business, there may be delays in shipping during Queensland School Holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
