• The bag is not waterproof, so moisture may seep out.
  
• After putting something wet in the bag, dry the inside thoroughly before storing it. (This may cause mold.)
  
• Allow the lunch box to cool completely before putting it in.
  
• Forcing large objects or sharp objects into the bag may scratch and damage the product.
  
• Do not place the bag near a fire.
  
• Do not handle the product roughly, such as by swinging it around by the handle, as this may cause injury or damage to the product.
  
• Do not wash the product. If the product becomes dirty, wipe off the dirt with a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent diluted with water or lukewarm water.
  
• Do not pull the product forcefully as this may cause damage.
  
• Some lunch boxes may not fit in the bag depending on their size.
  
• Please note that friction, sweat, water, and storage conditions may cause discoloration or color transfer.
  
• Store the product away from direct sunlight and high temperatures and humidity.
  
• We will not compensate for any damages caused by improper use.

With Queensland Term 1 coming to an end, we’ll be taking a well-deserved break with the kids! As a result, any orders placed after 1 April 2025 12pm AEST will be fulfilled and dispatched on or after 22 April 2025.

If you’d like to receive your items before Easter, please place your order by 1 April 2025 to avoid any delays.

Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, as a family-operated business, there may be delays in shipping during Queensland School Holidays or peak seasons.

Bulky items are classified based on product dimensions and weight.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
