Product Care:

• Please be careful not to hurt your fingers when using it.
• Do not use this tool for cutting hard objects other than to cut claws.
• Wipe off any dirt with a cloth and keep the tool clean after use.
• Do not leave the product with dirt or moisture adhering to it as this may cause rusting.
• Keep out of reach of children. 
  

Product Instructions:

When removing the catcher case:

1. Keep the lever upright.
2. Turn the main body over.
3. Hold the lever firmly with one hand and gently push downward with the other hand to remove the butt end of the blade (metal part) from the case.
4. Pull the main body at an angle to avoid the protrusion on the blade part for smooth removal.

When attaching the catcher

1. With the leverage raised, insert the left and right protrusions on the catcher case into the gap between the blades, and then fit the entire blade into the case.
   
2. Be sure to do this with the leverage raised.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
