Product care/ instructions:

• Put the bomb into the bathtub filled with warm water (about 200 L) in and take a bath after melting.
• Please never put packaging materials, this product, and the mascot inside in your mouth.
  
• In the unlikely event that you swallow this product, please consult your doctor immediately and get a diagnosis after receiving instructions.
• If abnormalities appear on your body or skin during or after use, please stop using it and consult your doctor.
• If it gets into your eyes, rinse it immediately with fresh water and see a doctor.
• Please note that if you touch this product with wet hands, it may colour.
• Please rinse the bathtub, bath kettle, etc. thoroughly immediately after use.
• In rare cases, there may be a colour in the bathtub, but in that case, please wash it well.
• Please do not use it in marble, wooden baths, etc. as there is a risk of discolouration and deterioration.
• It can not be used in a circulating bath kettle, such as 24-hour heat retention.
• There is a possibility of damaging the bathtub and bath kettle, such as the filter clogging.
• In a bath that boils hot water, if you burn it twice after using this product, dirt may stick to the inside of the bath kettle. 
• There is a risk that the mascot etc. will get stuck in the drain, so please remove the hot water after taking it out. ・Please do not use the remaining hot water for washing. ・Please do not use it beyond the usage and dosage, such as using it in combination with other bath salts.
• ・Please do not use it for purposes other than bathing.
• If this product is attached to a towel or clothes, please wash it immediately.
• Please use and store it out of the reach of small children and pets.
• Please store it away from high temperature and humidity and direct sunlight.
• Please use the full amount immediately after opening.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
