Care Instructions:

• Use according to your skin condition.
• Do not use it for a long time or apply too much pressure as it may damage your skin.
• Can be used in the bath.
• The surface of this product may have some striations or small grooves that occur during the manufacturing process, but these are not a problem when using the product.
• Do not use this product for any purpose other than the intended use.
• Do not use this product on infants, people with delicate or allergic skin, people with skin conditions, people with sunburned skin, or people suffering from broken bones, wounds, or swelling.
• If you notice irritation, swelling, itching, or any other skin problems during or after use, discontinue use and consult a physician.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• After use, wipe with a cloth moistened with water or lukewarm water in which a mild detergent has been dissolved and let dry naturally in a well-ventilated shady area.
• Do not store near fire, in high temperatures, or in direct sunlight.
• Avoid putting cosmetics directly on the product, as they may change the quality of the product.
• Do not apply excessive force to the product, such as twisting or scratching it, as this may damage it.
• White powder may appear on the surface of the product, but this is due to the characteristics of the material and is not abnormal.

We’ll be taking a short holiday from 1 August to 17 August 2025.

All orders placed after 31 July 2025, 12:00pm (AEST) will be dispatched from 18 August 2025 onwards.

Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, as a family-operated business, there may be delays in shipping during Queensland School Holidays or peak seasons.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
