SHOPPUROO™ BLACK FRIDAY 

1. Sale Period

• Start Date & Time: Friday, November 14, 2025, at 8:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
• End Date & Time: Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEST, or until stock is depleted, whichever occurs first.

2. Discount Application

• General Rule: All discounts are subject to product availability and will be applied at the checkout.
• Exclusion/Inclusions:The sale excludes Gift Cards, 'Pre-order Items,' or 'Shipping Fees.Discounts cannot be applied to prior purchases.
• The Thankful Weeks Discount:The "Thankful Weeks 10% Off Sitewide Discount" (the "Thankful Weeks Discount") is an additionaldiscount.The Thankful Weeks Discount will be applied automatically at checkout to the eligible subtotal after any other single item or promotion discount has been applied, except where specifically excluded in another promotion's terms.

3. Multiple Discounts Policy

• Standard Multiple Discounts: Where an item is eligible for more than one non-Thankful Weeks promotion, only the single greatest discount will be applied to that item.
• Thankful Weeks Exception: The Thankful Weeks Discount is designed to stack and will apply in addition to any single item's best promotional price, resulting in a compounded discount.

Example: If an item is 20% off and 30% off, only the 30% off discount applies. The Thankful Weeks Discount (10%) then applies to the remaining price, resulting in a total discount of 37%.

4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

• Sale Items: Items purchased during the SHOPPUROO™ Black Friday Sale are eligible for return, exchange, or refund only in accordance with SHOPPUROO™'s standard Return Policy, which can be found our Return and Exchange Policy page.
  
• Refund Value: Refunds for discounted items will be issued for the actual purchase price paid (i.e., the price after all discounts were applied).

5. General Terms

• SHOPPUROO™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, withdraw, or extend this Black Friday Sale, including any associated discounts or terms, without prior notice.
• SHOPPUROO™ reserves the final right of judgment and interpretation regarding all aspects of this sale, including, but not limited to, the application of discounts and resolution of any discrepancies.
