Product /Care Instructions:

• Please use it by moving your hands like an ordinary toothbrush.
• Please use toothpaste as you like.
• Please twist the power switch at the bottom of the main body and use it.
• Please make sure that the toothbrush part is properly connected before using it.
• The large movement of the waste force and the brush can cause gums to hurt, wear out the teeth, and cause hypersensitivity.
• Please keep it drained (daily life waterproof).
• When the tip of the hair opens, when the hair part gets dirty, when you use it more than twice a day and after 1 month has passed, it is a guideline of the replacement time.

With Queensland Term 1 coming to an end, we’ll be taking a well-deserved break with the kids! As a result, any orders placed after 1 April 2025 12pm AEST will be fulfilled and dispatched on or after 22 April 2025.

If you’d like to receive your items before Easter, please place your order by 1 April 2025 to avoid any delays.

Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, as a family-operated business, there may be delays in shipping during Queensland School Holidays or peak seasons.

Bulky items are classified based on product dimensions and weight.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
