• The interior is lined with aluminium vapour deposition film, providing a cooling effect.
• The zipper closure ensures your items stay secure, but the gusset portion remains open, allowing for easy access.
• Prefect size for carrying water bottle and lunch box.

Care instructions:

• Since the bag is not waterproof, moisture accumulated inside the bag may seep out.
• After putting something with moisture into the container, dry the inside thoroughly before storing. (This may cause mould.)
• Please let the lunch box cool down completely before putting it in.
• Insert large or sharp objects into the product, the product may be scratched and damaged.
• Do not place near fire.
• Do not handle the product roughly, such as by swinging it around by the handle, as this may cause injury or damage to the product.
• Please avoid using the washing machine or dryer.
• If it gets dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with a neutral detergent diluted with water or lukewarm water.
• Depending on the size of the bento box or bottle, some items may not fit in the bag.
• We will not compensate for any damage caused by incorrect usage.

With Queensland Term 1 coming to an end, we’ll be taking a well-deserved break with the kids! As a result, any orders placed after 1 April 2025 12pm AEST will be fulfilled and dispatched on or after 22 April 2025.

If you’d like to receive your items before Easter, please place your order by 1 April 2025 to avoid any delays.

Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. Please note, as a family-operated business, there may be delays in shipping during Queensland School Holidays or peak seasons.

Bulky items are classified based on product dimensions and weight.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to addresses within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process or deliver orders to international destinations at the moment. 

Product Availability

While we strive to keep our online inventory as accurate as possible, occasional discrepancies may occur due to clerical errors or other factors beyond our control. 

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via your provided email or contact number. In such cases, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit. If you prefer, you can request a refund instead of a credit.

Pre-Orders or Back-Orders

Pre-ordering or back-ordering allows you to purchase items that are currently on-order. These items may be in production, in transit, awaiting delivery, or upcoming releases. Pre-order delivery times can vary between 3 to 12+ weeks, depending on the product's status.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order / back-order items, your order will be held until all items are available. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner, the simpliest method is to create a separate order for pre-order / back-order items.
